Delivered across Pakistan

NORVE delivers to every city and town in Pakistan. Here is exactly how delivery works, what it costs, and how you follow your parcel.

Delivery areas & timing

We deliver across Pakistan in 2–4 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates — weather, courier delays, and public holidays can occasionally add a day.

Delivery charges

• Orders over Rs 8,000: FREE delivery.
• Orders up to Rs 8,000: flat Rs 250 delivery.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order, so there are no surprises.

When your order is dispatched

Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after confirmation. Prepaid orders (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash) are dispatched after your payment is verified against its receipt — please upload a clear receipt screenshot at checkout so verification is fast. Card orders (PayFast) are dispatched after the payment is confirmed. You will receive your Order ID on the confirmation page; keep it safe.

Tracking your order

Track your order any time on the Track Order page using only your Order ID. Statuses run: Placed → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered (or Cancelled). If your order shows no movement after 4 working days, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we will check it with the courier.

Addresses & failed delivery

Please enter your complete address and a reachable phone number at checkout — the courier calls before delivery. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the parcel returned to us. In that case, message us on WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery; a second delivery attempt may carry a fresh Rs 250 charge.

Order changes & cancellation

If you need to change an address or cancel, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Changes are possible only before dispatch; once an order is shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
