The fine print, kept fair

These terms govern every order placed on NORVE. By using this website and placing an order, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Orders & acceptance

An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund of what you paid.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include taxes. Sale prices and discounts shown on the website apply at the time of ordering. Payment methods are: Debit / Credit Card via PayFast, Bank Transfer (IBFT / Raast), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery. Prepaid orders are not confirmed until the payment is verified — card payments through PayFast, and Bank / Easypaisa / JazzCash payments against the receipt you upload. Your card details are entered only on PayFast's secure page, never on NORVE.

Products

We describe every garment as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screens, and measurements follow the Size Guide. Stock is limited; an item showing as available may sell out before your order is confirmed, in which case we will contact you with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges & returns

NORVE does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference. The only exception is damaged, defective, or wrong items, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy — report within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos, and we will replace or refund.

Delivery

Delivery across Pakistan takes 2–4 working days; delivery is free over Rs 8,000, otherwise Rs 250, as set out in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for entering a complete address and a reachable phone number.

Reviews

Reviews may only be posted for products in an order that has been delivered, one review per order and product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or unrelated to the product.

Liability

NORVE's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law & changes
